Mocha delivered 8 healthy and beautiful
puppies on March 3 2009.
Macey was called "Cocoa" at first to identify
her.  She will be going home with Bill from
DesMoines when she is old enough.

I opened my eyes this week and said "Hello" to the
world!  Aren't I just so sweet?  I still mostly just eat
and sleep at this stage but next week "watch out
world" I will be exploring all over!
3/3/2009                  Last Born at 10:00 am is "Macey"
A solid chocolate female.
This girl is
home with Bill in Des Moines.
I really didn't want to hold still for
a photo this week and NannyKat
had to take nearly 2 dozen pics
just to get these.  I am getting
more active, and tho wobbly on
my feet starting to really get
around now.  This coming week I
will be starting to eat puppy
gruel instead of just nursing
from MommaMocha.
Here I am eating my first
meal (other than Mom)!  I
have a delicate balance so I
don't fall into the puppy
formula!
Happy Easter!
Hi Kat,
Just wanted to give you an update on Macey. We went back to the vet today for a booster shot and check
up. She is up to 5.5 lbs since her first visit 2 weeks ago.  She has learned her name well and is very smart.
She walks with me without a leash for now and understands the command stop whenever we come to a
crosswalk. Trust me, I will get her on a leash soon but I don't have to many worries in this small town. She
understands the boundaries in the yard and doesn't wander off to far. She loves playing in the grass and is
starting to notice the birds and chasing them .What a sweet little girl she is and is going to be a long time
loving companion. The potting training is going as well as expected but she is still a baby. Anyway, just
wanted to update you and I will send pics whenever I get them.
Thanks again for everything,
Bill
Hi Kat,

Just thought I would send you an update on Macey. What a cute little
lady she is growing in to. She went to the vet yesterday for another
round of shots and she is now up to 8 lbs. She is now doing well on
the leash and off leash training. The potty training is going well also.
Last week we went to Colorado and met her friend Buster Brown who
is great big labradoodle. He is very gentle and they became instant
friends and played and played and played. The trip out and back
didn't seem to bother her at all as she traveled very well. Here are a
few pics I took today and hope you can see the changes in her. I
couldn't be happier with her and look forward to many loving years
together. I'll keep in touch Kat...thank you very much for a beautiful
puppy.

Bill
