I opened my eyes this week and said "Hello" to the world! Aren't I just so sweet? I still mostly just eat and sleep at this stage but next week "watch out world" I will be exploring all over!
I really didn't want to hold still for a photo this week and NannyKat had to take nearly 2 dozen pics just to get these. I am getting more active, and tho wobbly on my feet starting to really get around now. This coming week I will be starting to eat puppy gruel instead of just nursing from MommaMocha.

Here I am at my first meal where I am learning to lap up puppy formula from a saucer.

Hi Kat! How are you? We are all doing GREAT! We are having so much fun, it has been a blast since we arrived in Montana. Here are some pictures of all of us:)

Hi Kat, I thought you might like to see a couple pictures of Belle. She's 6 months now and still has her gorgeous blue eyes. I apologize for not sending you pictures sooner. These are a little dark, but taken in our livingroom last night. Belle is extremely smart and active. She and Lady both know how to sit (they learned that immediately), shake hands, high five and Belle has been fetching since the beginning when we got her. In fact she's never without a ball. She also catches her ball in mid air and her frisbee too. She has gone to the mountains a couple of times with my husband when he has gone bird hunting and she absolutely loves it. She is awesome! We love her (and Lady, too, of course) and they are wonderful. Nicole & Phil are living in Texas now and Lady seems to be adjusting well. They live in a beautiful area, in fact the gated community they live in is like a resort. It has beautiful "puppy parks" that are fenced so they can run & play and pick up after them so everything really stays clean and beautiful. Hope all is well with you. Take care and I'll try to be better about sending photos. Connie Norling 9/24/09
Good morning Kat, I agree, Belle is beautiful and we are doing wonderfully with her. She is a hoot and has so much personality. If Todd and I hug, she has to be right in the middle of it :) She is a princess and we treat her as such. The last Cocker we had, was Nicole's that she got for her 10th birthday, as Nicole may have told you. I enjoyed Ladybelle, but she was truly Nicole's dog. I like to say Belle is mine because she is with me the most, but she really loves Todd, too and he takes her with him to work once in a while and she loves to be out and about with him, especially when they get to go up on the pass and go bird hunting. She really is very well suited to our family. She is content to lounge and watch movies or to run around outside with us. We really do love her. I would take your warm weather :) it's not too bad here considering it is November, we've been in the 40's with low's in the 20's. We've decided as we get older we're not too excited about winter anymore :) Hope everything is going good for you. Thanks for staying in touch. Connie 11/7/09
