"
Heavenlee" ~ Now named
Kattery'z Sierra Mocha
A chocolate and tan merle female
She had a safe flight and is at home with
Audry and family in Arizona.
This week my family found me online and
decided I had to be theirs!  I am going to
be living in AZ!  I just can't wait to meet
everyone! 4/5/09
I am 5 weeks old today
and want to wish my
family a HAPPY EASTER!
Hi Kat,
We picked Heavenlee up from the airport with no problems.  Smooth as could
be.  We all fell in love with her immediately, she so cute and sweet.  Harley is
good pals with her already, he is really good with her.  Our older cocker
Ringer is starting to warm up to her.  The cat is letting her roll all over
her…she is good with the new pup too.
The first 2 nights were tough on her, she missed her mom and litter mates I
think.  She wined and howled a bit, but would finally lay down and sleep.
Since the 3rd night all is well, she just lays down and goes to sleep through
the night.  She sleeps on my bed for now, it’s high enough up that she’ll stay
up there and wake me if she needs to go potty.  She started out sleeping in
Mikala’s room but she kept her up with the whining so I ended up with the two
of them in my room for a few nights..
I think we finally decided on a name for her..  “Sierra”, I think we’re going to
register her as Sierra Mocha – I’ll let you know for sure once we’ve filed the
paperwork and make it official.
Sierra went to the mall with us earlier in the week, the girls needed new
bathing suits and we didn’t want to leave her alone yet.  So we picked up an
airline carrier bag from the pet store and took her along, she seemed fine with
it…just curled up and slept.
Today she quickly learned how to use the doggie door.  She’s fast and smart
as a whip.  She adores my daughter Mikala and vice versa.  J  She loves
playing with Harley too.

Hi Kat!

Sorry it’s taken me so long to
respond.  We had a wonderful
experience finding and purchasing our
latest addition to our family.  You did a
wonderful job sharing information and
keeping us apprised of Sierra’s
development while we were anxiously
awaiting our new arrival.

THANK YOU!!!!
